App Not Loading or Crashing
If EZShip isn't working as expected, try these troubleshooting steps.
Mobile App Issues
Step 1: Force Close and Restart
- iOS — Swipe up from the bottom, find EZShip, swipe up to close. Reopen.
- Android — Tap the Recent Apps button, swipe EZShip away. Reopen.
Step 2: Check for Updates
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Search for EZShip
- If an update is available, install it
Step 3: Clear App Cache
- iOS — Delete and reinstall the app (iOS doesn't allow cache clearing)
- Android — Settings > Apps > EZShip > Storage > Clear Cache
Step 4: Check Your Internet
- Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data
- Try loading a website in your browser to verify connectivity
- If on Wi-Fi, try restarting your router
Step 5: Reinstall
- Delete the EZShip app
- Restart your device
- Reinstall from the app store
- Log back in with your credentials
Web App Issues
Step 1: Hard Refresh
- Mac — Cmd + Shift + R
- Windows — Ctrl + Shift + R
Step 2: Clear Browser Cache
- Go to your browser settings
- Clear cached images and files
- Clear cookies for ezship.com
Step 3: Try Incognito Mode
- Open an incognito/private window
- Navigate to EZShip
- If it works, a browser extension may be causing the issue
Step 4: Try a Different Browser
- If using Chrome, try Firefox or Safari
