Found something broken? Help us fix it fast by submitting a detailed bug report.
How to Report
Option 1: In-App Bug Report
- Go to Settings > Help > Report a Bug
- Fill in the bug report form
- The app automatically attaches device info and logs
Option 2: Email
Send an email to sales@myfreightconnect.com with the subject line: "Bug Report: [Brief Description]"
Option 3: Contact Support
Call +1 (872) 369-0704 during business hours
What to Include
A good bug report includes:
- Summary — Brief description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce — Exactly what you did before the bug appeared
- Expected behavior — What should have happened
- Actual behavior — What actually happened
- Screenshots or video — Visual evidence of the issue
- Device info — Phone model, OS version, app version, or browser
- Frequency — Does it happen every time or intermittently?
Example Bug Report
Summary: Bid amount shows $0 after submitting a counter-offer
Steps: 1. Open a load 2. Click "Place Bid" 3. Enter $2,500 4. Click Submit
Expected: Bid shows $2,500 in my bid list
Actual: Bid shows $0.00 in my bid list
Device: iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.2, EZShip v3.4.1
Frequency: Every time
What Happens After You Report
- Acknowledgment — You'll receive a confirmation within 24 hours
- Investigation — Our engineering team reviews and reproduces the issue
- Fix — A fix is developed and tested
- Release — The fix is deployed in the next app/web update
- Notification — You'll be notified when the fix is live

Before reporting, check our known issues list in Settings > Help > Known Issues to see if the bug is already being worked on.
