Browser Compatibility

EZShip works best on modern, up-to-date browsers. Here's what we support.

Supported Browsers

Apple Safari 14+ Latest
Microsoft Edge 90+ Latest

Not Supported

  • Internet Explorer (any version)
  • Opera Mini
  • Browsers older than 2 years

Clearing Your Browser Cache

If you're experiencing display or loading issues:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) > Settings
  2. Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data
  3. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies"
  4. Time range: "All time"
  5. Click Clear Data

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu (☰) > Settings
  2. Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  3. Click Clear Data
  4. Check both boxes and confirm

Apple Safari

  1. Safari menu > Settings > Privacy
  2. Click Manage Website Data
  3. Search for "ezship" and click Remove

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) > Settings
  2. Privacy, Search, and Services
  3. Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose what to clear
  4. Select cached data and cookies
  5. Click Clear Now

Recommended Settings

For the best experience:

  • Enable JavaScript (required)
  • Enable cookies (required for login)
  • Allow pop-ups from ezship.com (for document previews)
  • Enable location services (for load search by area)

Mobile Browsers

For mobile devices, we recommend using the EZShip app instead of a mobile browser for the best experience. Download from the App Store or Google Play.
