App Features
The mobile app gives you full access to:
- Post & manage loads — Create load listings on the go
- Browse & bid — Find and bid on available loads instantly
- Real-time tracking — Monitor shipment locations with live GPS
- Push notifications — Get instant alerts for new bids, counter-offers, and status updates
- In-app messaging — Communicate directly with shippers or carriers
- Document scanning — Scan and upload BOLs, PODs, and other documents
- Digital signatures — Sign delivery confirmations electronically
Setting Up the App
- Download from your device's app store
- Log in with your existing EZShip credentials
- Enable push notifications when prompted
- Allow location access for shipment tracking features
- Set up biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) for quick access
Offline Mode
The app stores recent load data locally, so you can:
- View your active loads and shipments without internet
- Draft new load posts (uploaded when you reconnect)
- Access saved carrier/shipper contact information
Troubleshooting
If the app isn't working properly, try:
- Updating to the latest version
- Clearing the app cache (Settings > Storage > Clear Cache)
- Reinstalling the app
