Downloading the EZShip Mobile App

Stay connected to your freight operations from anywhere with the EZShip mobile app.

Where to Download

  • iOS — Available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.0 or later)
  • Android — Available on Google Play for Android phones and tablets (Android 10 or later)

App Features

The mobile app gives you full access to:

  • Post & manage loads — Create load listings on the go
  • Browse & bid — Find and bid on available loads instantly
  • Real-time tracking — Monitor shipment locations with live GPS
  • Push notifications — Get instant alerts for new bids, counter-offers, and status updates
  • In-app messaging — Communicate directly with shippers or carriers
  • Document scanning — Scan and upload BOLs, PODs, and other documents
  • Digital signatures — Sign delivery confirmations electronically

Setting Up the App

  1. Download from your device's app store
  2. Log in with your existing EZShip credentials
  3. Enable push notifications when prompted
  4. Allow location access for shipment tracking features
  5. Set up biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) for quick access

Offline Mode

The app stores recent load data locally, so you can:

  • View your active loads and shipments without internet
  • Draft new load posts (uploaded when you reconnect)
  • Access saved carrier/shipper contact information

Troubleshooting

If the app isn't working properly, try:

  • Updating to the latest version
  • Clearing the app cache (Settings > Storage > Clear Cache)
  • Reinstalling the app
  • Checking our technical issues guide
