EZShip uses a simple, transparent pricing model with no hidden fees.
Free to Join
Creating an account is completely free for both shippers and carriers. There are:
- No subscription fees
- No monthly charges
- No listing fees for posting loads
- No fees for browsing or bidding on loads
Commission Structure
EZShip earns a small commission on each successfully completed shipment:
- Shippers — A service fee is added to the agreed carrier rate
- Carriers — Receive the full agreed-upon rate with no deductions
The commission covers:
- Platform access and matching technology
- Payment processing and escrow
- Insurance verification and compliance
- Customer support
- Dispute resolution
How Rates Are Determined
Rates are set through our marketplace bidding system:
- Shippers set a target rate when posting a load
- Carriers submit bids based on their costs and market conditions
- Both parties can negotiate through counter-offers
- The final agreed rate is locked into the shipping contract

No Hidden Costs
EZShip does not charge for:
