EZShip supports multiple payment methods to keep your cash flow moving.

Accepted Payment Methods

For Shippers (Paying)

• ACH bank transfer — Direct debit from your business bank account
• Wire transfer — For high-value shipments
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processing fee applies)

For Carriers (Receiving)

• ACH direct deposit — Standard bank transfer
• Quick Pay — Accelerated payment option
• Wire transfer — For urgent payments

Setting Up Payment Methods

Adding a Bank Account

1. Go to Settings > Payment Methods
2. Click Add Bank Account
3. Enter routing number and account number
4. Verify with two micro-deposits (1–2 business days)

Adding a Credit Card

1. Go to Settings > Payment Methods
2. Click Add Credit Card
3. Enter card details
4. Card is verified instantly

Payment Schedule

• Standard — Payment initiated after shipper approves the delivery (typically within 48 hours)
• Net 30 — For established accounts with payment history
• Quick Pay — Available immediately after delivery confirmation

Payment Security

All payments are processed through:

• PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
• 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
• Two-factor authentication for payment approvals
• Fraud detection systems monitoring all transactions
