How to reset a forgotten password or change your current password.

Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password or want to change it? Here's how.

Forgot Your Password

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Click Send Reset Link
  5. Check your email (including spam/junk folder)
  6. Click the reset link in the email
  7. Enter your new password
  8. Click Reset Password

Reset Link Details

  • The reset link expires after 1 hour
  • You can request a new link if it expires
  • Only the most recent reset link is valid
  • Links are single-use — each link can only be used once

Changing Your Current Password

If you know your current password and want to change it:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings > Security
  3. Click Change Password
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter your new password
  6. Confirm the new password
  7. Click Update Password

Password Requirements

Your new password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include at least one uppercase letter
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • Not be the same as your last 5 passwords

Not Receiving the Reset Email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you're using the email registered with EZShip
  • Add noreply@ezship.com to your contacts
  • Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes be delayed
  • Try requesting the reset link again
  • Contact support if the issue persists

Security Tips

  • Use a unique password not shared with other services
  • Consider using a password manager
  • Enable two-factor authentication for extra security
  • Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
