Resetting Your Password
Forgot your password or want to change it? Here's how.
Forgot Your Password
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your registered email address
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your email (including spam/junk folder)
- Click the reset link in the email
- Enter your new password
- Click Reset Password
Reset Link Details
- The reset link expires after 1 hour
- You can request a new link if it expires
- Only the most recent reset link is valid
- Links are single-use — each link can only be used once
Changing Your Current Password
If you know your current password and want to change it:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Update Password
Password Requirements
Your new password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least one uppercase letter
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
- Not be the same as your last 5 passwords
Not Receiving the Reset Email?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you're using the email registered with EZShip
- Add noreply@ezship.com to your contacts
- Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes be delayed
- Try requesting the reset link again
- Contact support if the issue persists
Security Tips
- Use a unique password not shared with other services
- Consider using a password manager
- Enable two-factor authentication for extra security
- Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
