Understanding the EZShip Dashboard
Your dashboard is your central hub for managing all freight activity on EZShip. Here's a tour of what you'll find.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you'll see a personalized dashboard with:
- Activity summary — Today's active loads, pending bids, and in-transit shipments
- Quick actions — Post a load, browse loads, or check messages
- Recent notifications — New bids, status updates, and system alerts
- Performance metrics — Your ratings, completed shipments, and on-time delivery stats
Navigation Menu
The main navigation includes:

For Shippers
Your dashboard highlights:
- Active Loads — Loads currently posted and accepting bids
- Pending Bids — New bids from carriers that need your review
- In Transit — Shipments currently being delivered
- Completed — Past deliveries with invoices
For Carriers
Your dashboard highlights:
- Available Loads — Loads matching your lane preferences
- My Bids — Status of bids you've submitted
- Assigned Loads — Loads you've been awarded
- Earnings — Payment history and pending payments
Customizing Your Dashboard
Click the gear icon on any dashboard widget to:
- Rearrange widget positions
- Show or hide specific sections
- Set default filters for load searches
- Configure notification preferences
